Best carrot cake ever

I'd previously bought the large Carrot, Orange & Nut cake and thought it was spectacular, so decided to try the cupcakes to take to a gathering. I was concerned they might be dry, but I should have worried. Equally spectacular and got so many comments from the people who tried them. Probably the best carrot cake I've ever tried, not overly sweet and the icing is amazing.
