DELIVERY
HOW OFTEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday!

Delivery time slots are as follow:

Standard Delivery: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

VIP Delivery time slot of 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM available to select areas within the following post codes 2000, 2007 2009, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2044, 2204

VIP Delivery time slot of 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM available to select areas within the following post codes 2060 & 2061


You can select your preferred date at checkout. If you need your order by a certain time, let us know in the notes section and we will let you know if we can get it out to you by your requested time. Please note: If you request a time but don't hear from us, this does not mean your time request is confirmed. Please contact us to confirm!

We currently service the following areas across Sydney. We are continually adding areas so ensure to check our post code tracker to check if we come to you!

Sutherland Shire (some parts are excluded, Including Bundeena which shares the same postcode as Cronulla)

If you have any questions about the area above or if you post code is not registered yet as one of our delivery zones please get in touch with us and we will try and accommodate your order. We are constantly looking at expanding our delivery zones, but this does take some time!

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE WITH MY ORDER?

Flat rate delivery of $9.95 for orders under $200.00.
 
FREE delivery for orders over $200

VIP Delivery time slot of 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM to selected postcodes $18.00

WHAT IS THE ORDER CUT OFF TIME?

In order to provide fresh, quality produce our cut off times are as follows:
2pm the day before Delivery* but you can also select any date in the future for delivery!
Orders for Monday must be in by the 2:00 PM the Friday before.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?

No, you don’t need to be home. Your delivery will be left safely at your front door. If you're not home, cold items will be insulated in recyclable packaging with ice bricks to keep them fresh on your doorstep.
If you have specific instructions for your driver, you can add a note to your order on the cart page and they will leave it wherever you request. You will also receive a notification when your order is on its way and tracking information so you can see exactly where we are!

WHAT IF LIVE IN AN APARTMENT?

We do deliver to lots of apartment blocks and our amazing drivers are more than willing to accommodate and follow any specific instructions to keep your delivery safe and out of sight as best they can. Quite often they are given a key or passcode or swipe card so as to access a foyer area, let us know how we can help get your order delivered safely.

Once orders are delivered and left on your doorstep or in the specified area they will be at your own risk. We unfortunately can't provide replacements for theft so we encourage to pick a time slot when you’ll be home.


PRODUCTS
HOW DO YOU KEEP MY PRODUCTS FRESH?

Our staff are trained to pick the best products available. Your order is packed securely in optimum conditions until delivered to your home, separating room temperature and cold items to ensure the best quality.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

Our orders are packed in a recyclable cardboard box. Cold items are insulated in recyclable packaging with ice bricks to keep them fresh on your doorstep if you’re not home. We love to take every step to help the environment, so if you wish, you can take out your used box and ice bricks on the day of your next delivery and we will pick it up when we drop off your next order.

HOW ARE OUR MEATS PACKAGED?

Most of the meat listed on our site is cryovaced (vacuum sealed in plastic). This method is the best way to keep things fresh for the longest period and avoid freezer burn.
Generally it’ll last for four or five days, however we recommend freezing the product if you know you won’t get to it for a few days. When required, let it thaw in slowly in the fridge. Remove from cryovac 30 minutes before cooking.


ORDERING
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

No you do not need to setup an online account. However, we recommend setting up an account as it allows you to jump onto your account page at any time, view previous orders, change your delivery details and even reorder at the click of a button. Please note, we DO NOT hold onto your credit card details.

I LOVED THE ORDER I MADE LAST WEEK, CAN I REPEAT?

Yes, you sure can! For your convenience you can repeat any of your previous orders and you can alter any of the products or quantities in your cart!
Simply Log in to your account, select the previous order you wish to reorder. Account log in can be found in the top left corner of the screen.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS ONLINE?

Log in to your account and you can update your address. If your order has already been placed and you would like to alter your delivery address, please notify us at info@storetodoorau.com prior to delivery day.

AN ITEM WAS MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

If you are missing an item from your order please get in contact with us at info@storetodoorau.com within 12 hours and we will happily address your concerns.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery date. If you would like to edit your order, please send us an email or call us. Orders which are scheduled for Monday delivery must be cancelled before 2PM the Friday before. Cancelled orders will incur a processing fee equal to the credit card surcharge charged by the bank. As we are working with so many brands, once we place an order it may be hard for us to change. Please lets us know at info@storetodoorau.com and we will try our best to accommodate this change.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY DELIVERY?

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we deliver, please contact us at info@storetodoorau.com within 12 hours and we will happily address your concerns.
